👍👍 Unfortunately I don't understand the reviews at all. I got an appointment very quickly (due to acute symptoms). Didn't have to wait long at all. The treatment and admission went very quickly. The lady downstairs at the reception is just doing her job. Of course it could still be a little friendlier....
