👍 In general it was really nice experience, most of the staff was really friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the bowling a lot. In the restaurant area, the service could be a bit friendlier when they meet people that don't speak German and there is a situation that needs a bit of patience.

👍👍 Clean, usually not too crowded. There is a restaurant with a beer garden. There are also more restrooms. Plenty of parking available, but also only a few minutes from the S-Bahn.

😠 Unorganized staff, very unfriendly with zero patience for the kids. Overcrowded, our kids were extremely disappointed and it was their bday party. Would not recommend it at all. Mystery rooms is a way better option.

👍👍 Sehr schöne Sportbar, wo Billard und Dart gespielt werden kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Bar ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Eine Reservierung ist erforderlich. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden.
