😠 Bought a new television, ran home to get the car and then the call came that the television was no longer there, but I could take the old demonstration model. I politely declined and was allowed to go back to get money. No apology from the seller. Never again Saturn, Amazon can do it too and cheaper...

👍👍 Wir haben uns in der Filiale in Riesa einen Dyson Staubsauger gekauft. Beraten wurden wir von einem jungen Mann namens Kunde. Das Verkaufsgespräch verlief Reibungslos ohne das man das Gefühl hatte , man würde überredet werden wollen. Rundum zufrieden mit dem Service und der Beratung. :-)
