👍👍 Nice square with beautiful holy metropolitan church and the little ancient church on the side too. Both are free to enter. Many spots to sit down and chill. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good area for shopping and eating.

😠 This square is an embarrassment for the city of Athens. There are heavy drug user on the square at all times, injecting themselves in front of people passing by, including children and tourists. 😠 Always closed. Have been in Athens for several days and there is always a paper on the door saying it's "closed today" even on days that should have been open. This with along with so many other things, makes the Greeks of today have a much worse reputation than the ancients.

👍👍 Kanari square is too crowded in every day and every time . You can see foreigners, citizens, black, and white, brown, red there. They many people, many colors but one God. You can find a woman or man also there to marriage.
