👍👍 A wonderful museum to visit. Covers Greek military history from 1821 Revolution to present day. Our Greek soldier guide was excellent. He explained the history in detail, spoke very good English and made the visit worthwhile. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

👍👍 One of the best themed parks of Greece. Very clean and big with plenty of trains, rails and wagons for kids to explore. Would definently recommend for families with small kids as well us for the rest for a nice stroll and relaxing time in Kalamata.

👍👍 There are few places to visit: 1) Mycenaean tholos Tomb (closed but fully visible outside) 2) Asklepieion (fenced but few parts are visible outside) And uphill (road is unpaved but in good condition) 1) new excavations in "theater area" 2) ancient cistern 3) Mycenaean cemetery
