😐 Actually, it would fit a renovation. Entrance would require photocell doors. It's a bustling neighborhood, I could imagine it better.

👍 The building is torn down but clean. The Chinese store brings the standard it is used to. Expanded product range is huge for sales, but well transparent. There is never a large crowd.
