👍👍 Gym faculty is very good. Gym trainer is very very cooperative with everyone. best thing about this gym is, gym has very good environment means you can freely talk to the trainer about exercises and diet and he explain you everthing nicely.

👍 Nice, laid back dhaba to relax and dine with family on the G.T. Road highway near Gopalpur, Bihar. The dhaba has rest rooms also but of desi type, kam chalau with chapakal to wash hands and legs. I liked the ambience, service and food of the dhaba. Not top quality but not bad either.
