π Phase 1 apartments are 1bhk flats with very less to offer. But considering the fact that they were being sold for 5 lac each it was value for money. The place has park and well maintained roads. Each building is four storied and doesn't have lift.
The place is also not accessible for wheelchairs.

π Artha citrine builders are big scamstars.. We took a Villa in the year 2012 and still fighting for proper facilities .. All the amenities provided by them are in pathetic conditions.. They have made few people as MC and removed our maintenance money without Handover.
