😠 Worst customer service experience. This sales man was showing saree and when a new customer came he just moved silently 😂 Many be their is a shortage in sales persons. Finally we left the place after waiting sometime. And had an awesome purchase in Pothys, which has an actively working group.

😐 Need to revive their products. Same old collections. Fabric quality is not upto mark. Old collections with new price tags. 2yrs back pantaloons was my favourite shopping destination but now I am very disappointed with their products.
