😠 While exchanging old jewellery, keep watch on goldsmith (कारागीर) person seating in basement isolated area and purity checking (Spectrometer) person. They are playing with customer trust in terms of purity percentage and melted gold weight. I personally had a very bad experience.

😠 Today at 7-8 pm i went with my family at showroom, one of the staff member at showroom was extremely ill mannered, arrogant and behaved in an extremely rude way which certainly deserves appropriate action by authority. Also the lady manager don't have hold on her staff at all.
