😠 Yesterday my uncle started journey from indore to itarsi 2:00 pm, bus late in indore 1 hour, then traffic jam, then bus brakedown 25 km away from itarsi, no alternative vehicle or service provided by company, very worst service, maintenance are poor, no customer support.

😠 Very poor experience happened 3-4 times never on time delivery, no response to the emails, no contact information available. Shipment usually takes a lot of time to deliver as compared to the competitors also they will re schedule the delivery by their own without contacting the customer and update...
