😠 I bought a jeans and gave for alteration, but trends have very inexperienced staff for alteration. The stitching is extremely bad.

😠 Had the worst experience shopping at this trends store at Kanhangad today. I have visited many trends throughout India, the service in this store was the worst. The staff don’t even bother to take care of the customers. Instead, they like to pass unpleasant comments and snide remarks.

👍👍 Very good mobile showroom in Mangalore. I bought phones, watches, TVs all from here. They have good offers. I suggest all my friends to visit there. They also have their own service center in Thokkotu. They provide very good service there.

😠 The worst customer service experience I ever had, the staffs here never values our money, our time and they don't know how to behave to their customers. I personally never experienced this much humiliation. I will never ever suggest anyone to purchase from this outlet.
