😐 Infrastructure and maintenance is good but food is not much good

😠 The bar that I visited recently had a very poor ambiance, which made for a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a dingy and unclean environment. The lighting was dim and the decor was old and tired, which gave the bar a run-down feel.
