👍👍 Agent is good but Bus management very poor need to improve

👍 Found Proper environment as they assured in online booking. But some one is already there when bus came to pickup me. I had to tell them to clear my seat, i must say this was conductor's mistake for making more money. Apart from this , all things are good and properly working.
