😠 I just destroy my voucher when they deny to accept on Sunday or without a pre booked appointment whereas some employees sitting empty there were no customers with them.

😠 Marketing keeda. Instead of doing what they are supposed to they just brag about the products and force customers unnecessarily to hair-spa, facial, etc.. Neither there is professionalism nor they got skills of a hairdresser. I found Makeover far better than Ideal.
