😠 Only the apartments are nice. Worst possible Maintenance team. No waste collection. The only solution they offer is to talk to KDA as nothing falls under their job description. KDA doesn't respond to emails or calls.

🫤 Flats are good.but electricity charges very high.the front road connecting with main road is katccha.rainy season very difficult to go through it.

👍 The government should maintain it and charge an entry fee. The park will be a lot better if maintained properly.

😠 Eldeco Eden park estate near tedhi pulia is a Very poor society, no one is here to listen you. Nothing is maintained or in a good condition 15 days before someone hit on our car nd now somebody hit compass on scooty. We are just here to give high maintenance without any facilities.
