👍👍 This place was once a bus parking. The land was owned by Mr. Jam Chin. He one day wrote JC Park and put that sign board on what we locally called Gulmohar tree. He passed away a couple of years and now it becomes his memorial and a very helpful landmark as well. JC was taken from his name, Jam Chin....
