😠 We had very bad experience from here. We have already told the owner that we would be staying only for 8 months here for which they have agreed and taken our advance for 3months. But when we vacated on may 31st they didn't return our advance completely claiming that we didn't maintain the apartment...

😠 We went for taking a flat for rent . They have literally zero mannerism . Rooms need more work . We talked to the owner to repair with regard to the rest rooms and change of works where required . I said him will pay the advance today . So that they get the sufficient fund to start the work as well...
