😠 Management not at all interested in attending customers. Representative shared bare minimum details for a marriage booking with least interest and didn't even let me note down the stuff, saying he will whatsapp me. Been 2 months, no communication. Similar experience happened with my friend as well....

😐 Attended a function there. Area of the banquet is decent not huge. Van accommodate maximum 100 people. The quality of food served by Montage caterers was really nice.

👍 Pros. Washroom neat n clean Good Shower Spacious room Cons. The bedsheet wasn't clean. Service isn't good. They didn't even tell us where to go for the room. We asked from them and then no service for luggage. According to service they're over charging from us. Could be better.

👍 A good hotel just on the right hand side of PLW (Formerly DMW/DCW) Gate when one travels from Patiala Railway Station or Old Bus Stand. It's around 2.5 Kms from the Patiala Railway Station or Old Bus Stand and is situated in Sunny Enclave. There is ample space for Parking also.
