👍 Awesome place to stay peacefully, only problem is lifts get won't work and get dpoiled very often. Luckly First and second Floor residents wont bother about Lift. Sometimes water pipe line get bursts and then there wont4 be no water supply for about 12 hrs. That's all rest is all good.

😠 I live in NSL East County and have worst experience with NSL management on many open issues with regards to tower 1 such as parking, drinking water, maintenance charges and club house. I have sent multiple emails to NSL Management including their MD MPR garu, but response was not satisfactory.

👍 A residential apartment with big corridors and no common walls between flats. Gap between each flat is one attraction.Plenty of ventilation.A venture by Kanakadhara builders who builds for government ventures also like ESI buildings etc.

🫤 Poor construction, inexperienced and builders don't oblige at all. It's all about money. Community is good otherwise, basic amenities available outside. Approach Roads are bad and traffic is a mess.
