Around 4.5k for AC and 3.5k for non-AC.
Security guard is there so safety wise it's perfect.
Point to be noted: girls are not allowed and owner will mention it to you.
Bathrooms are small but does the purpose.
No closets but ample space to put stuff. On average 1.5k...
