π A quick pitstop and quite a beautiful one where you can essentially see the tunnel entrance and the backwater of the Tunga Bhadra Dam. There were a few ways to get to the water's edge, although not sure how. There are lights illuminating the tunnel during the night as well as the day.

ππ View from here was soo nice covering most off both backwaters and after Dam canals. A little hill you have to climb for the view. Heavily crowded during monsoon weekends and when water released from dam. We could see the whole picture from here. Light house is closed you cannot go up and see.

Beware of the monkeys around.
