1. Hotel was not clean, lift is broken.
2. Bedsheets had holes
3. Bathroom was not clean, mug and bucket was unsanitary
4. There was no hot water, it was like warm
6. There was no light in the room, we survived on Zero bulb.
7. Staff was treatment was as if we are refugees staying in...
