😠 Hotel caused bit of problem during my checkin saying they don't accept online pre payment and told me to cancel the booking. And charged me 400 INR extra for arrival booking. They should update such information over the booking app.

😠 Pathetic experience with this hotel. He don't have basic manners to behave with females. After complaining the issue with the manager or supervisor they are supporting the culprit there.

🫤 Pros- new hotel, so so location, bright rooms, good color, nice amenities. Cons- No room cleaning. Very small rooms. Bedsheets and blanket cover not cleaned regularly, last guest uses it and the same gets repeated.
