😠 Yesterday my uncle started journey from indore to itarsi 2:00 pm, bus late in indore 1 hour, then traffic jam, then bus brakedown 25 km away from itarsi, no alternative vehicle or service provided by company, very worst service, maintenance are poor, no customer support.
