👍 A beautiful residential colony of apartments with all necessary facilities like playing area for kids, sufficient parking space for visitors, community hall, etc. Good serviliance and security arrangement for the safety of residents. Overall a good ambiance for a residential apartment.

👍👍 Excellent place and a good option for luxurious stay in Guwahati. Security is trustworthy and polite. Superb commute and the best thing is that a huge assembly hall 'Debaneek Assembly' is located just opposite to the premises. The assembly hall can be booked for marriage and other functions.

👍👍 Very peaceful, easy relaxed residential complex. This even has a temple namghar children playing area inside the complex. All major festivals are celebrated here including durga puja diwali bihu with fun and frolic..a very nice place. NB: if coming at night, beware of the street dogs

There are confusions about its PIN code. It is surrounded by three codes but as per postman the correct one...
