😠 No stars should be given. The staff don't have sense to talk to their customers, it's not just in FLAs(office people) but also the managers. It's their lack of knowledge about how the system works and mannerism while talking to customers. Worst management and trouble to customers. Customer relations...

😠 If you book tickets online, these guys don’t allow bus operators to wait for you. My pickup was at 6AM for Konduskar and they left pickup at 5:58 AM. The bus operator said that agency did not allow to wait for customer.

😠 Bus is decent, clean and good connectivity. Needs to improve in service as compared to others in the same business 1. AC bus but no blankets. May not be same for all. 2. I felt if the bus are late they cut the time by not giving enough breaks to customers for dinner etc.

😠 Worst experience ever, travelled in bus number KA01 AC 4285, no time sense, no toilet at the SRS stop, very very dirty bus & seats, push back not functioning properly, bus cleaner denied for the baggage tag when keeping in the luggage cabin. Don't opt for the SRS ever.
