👍👍 Their yoga classes in the morning 7-8/8-9 am led by teacher Chinmaye are brilliant. Her classes are designed to engage every muscle of your body and she approaches it with a superb rhythm. If you are a beginner you may take sometime to follow every asana and that is okay...you will learn eventually...
