🫤 Staff response was very bad here. The ambience was like a corporate bank. No ATM here. Parking lot is there in the below.

😠 Worst service. Staff are impolite and rude. They think customers are fools. There is no proper communication. Filled with Lazy staff. Better do things online or change branch. I decided to close my account after multiple pathetic experiences.

👍 It is the biggest bank in Ponnur which is located in first floor with around 30+ staff. There is also an e-corner in the ground floor. There is no proper parking for the customers of the bank, so all the vehicle will be parked on road.
