👍👍 First gated community project in Beeramguda with widened roads, lush greenery, beautiful lord balaji temple, nice swimming pool. Very well maintained colony with clean roads.

😐 Villas ...we did visit..for buying.. There's a school being built beside...however the cost of Villa is 2cr ..which makes it expensive....and no grocery or utility shops around. Lake is nearby. Housing is empty.. There is a security guard. Few NRI'S bought a home and left it to the birds..spiders.....
