😠 Rude manager. They don't allow you exchange!! (even within the exchange period). I bought a brown pair of shoes from this store. I wore them once and realised that the shoes were very uncomfortable. Despite being in great condition, the manager refused to exchange them

👍 Very supportive staff. Not a lot of variety available for men's formal shoes. However, if you are looking for good quality products, you can take a visit there for sure. It is advisable to have a pre planned product line before going there to avoid looking around and getting all confused.
