😐 The service was not good . The charged us for the complementary things and the chips they provided was expired. They didn't provided tooth brushes, sleepers and shaving kit . The hotel must look into all these things and improve all this .

👍 Well, since the Hotel is just adjacent to Bus Stand, you might find a bit cramped in space but the variety of rooms they have might suit one's need if one is travelling with a large group. The hotel staff is courteous and generous.

👍 I attended a marriage function at this hotel so no interaction with the staff. Location is good, at a walking distance from Jwalaji Mandir. Landmark - govt girl school.

😠 It was the worst of hotel I have ever stayed in. No hygiene, no sanitation. No fooding facilities.. Far away from jwalamukhi temple.. My waste of money and energy.. The bathroom was the worst part of it.. So dirty and unclean. I would advice none to book this ever.

👍 all hotel at jwalamukhi was crowded and in shabby state near the temple complex. HPTDC hotel was full. This hotel is just 1km from temple one can enjoy peaceful stay. host is helpful. we got immense help on dussera day. stayed for one night.

😠 Rooms are very Dirty and Even no facilities available like Power Backup, Soap, Brush, Colgate, Towel nothing i don't suggest anyone visit this hotel.. Extremely Bad Experience.

😠 The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, no room service as listed on OYO app. No intercom as well. Kitchen staff was lazy. Posting some pictures that are not shown on the OYO app. Even spider webs could be seen in the room. Gap between the beds and walls was another mess.
