👍👍 The overall experience was excellent. The whole staff were very friendly and polite. As a surprise the staff arranged us a candle light dinner and decorated our room with rose petals. I highly recommend this houseboat for everyone.

😠 I have done Kerala trip with this agency. This is not good agency. They don't cover all sightseeing. They make fake promise and take all payment in initial. First they promise that they will cover this place and after that they denied that this is not in your package. Never attend client personally...
