😠 Very suffocative environment and employees are not available and make us wait for long time. They themselves not wear branch and other oversmart employees are asking people to wear mask.

😠 Worst experience one could get in any ICICI branch. There is no value to people's time and money. To get one simple task done such as an opening of an account and its activation is taking 2 week long time. Pathetic service
