😠 I recently joined the urbanic family and ordered a product claiming my first order offer. Now miraculously I got the text from urbanic that the product was out of stock. And when I checked the product was available in stock..! Now when I tried to reorder the product, my first order claim vanishes....

😠 Worst experience...attitude of working staff was so bad towards customers specially some worker called mahesh there was so rude...clothes which i got tailored were very poorly fitted

😠 The most pathetic ethnic wear shop with so poor customer experience. The shop had nothing in 40 or 42 size. Even for trial they have no pants to get the look. They dont even allow trying payjama or churidar. Shame on such a brand name.

😠 Very bad experience. I booked lehnga one month before the wedding and on the day of pickup the lehnga were not ready. We wait for 2 hours and we face fitting issue not dry cleaning,it's just horrible experience. The staff is not reliable ,they said something and do something. Don't ruin your preciou...
