π When my first visit to karwar, my fried suggested rock garden to check once. Had a Great time. We been there at the time of 11-12 morning but evening will be most happening time as far as I know. If you want to take some clicks alone, I would suggest to visit at morning hours to get serious content....

π there are no maintenance of the beach garden.and hardly some people comes there to visit.from there the beach view is clear to see.the beach garden is located opposite to the dc office and next to the Karwar fish market.the bus stand is faraway about 500 mts.
