😐 Kept in just OK catagory as you are too far from every need once you are here except grocery.

👍 Spacious flats, swimming pool operational whole year (Except corona restrictions). Gym is not maintained. Porsche location. Overall all good society for family.

😐 Since my last review things are changing and yes things are changing for better. But still there is scope of more hence given 3 stars and as a resident I'm hopeful for that. 🤞

👍 Plan of building is very good. However, it is under construction since more than 5 years. May be some Nagar Nigam issue, otherwise BCM group is well known in the city for their services.

👍 Nice residential society with CCTV cameras and security guards at the gates. Roads between two rows of houses is very narrow and everyone is parking their vehicles on the road itself making it look congested. Overall buid quality and House planning is very good.

😠 Builder both the brothers are big time fraud. Making all residents fool from many years. They just want to take money from people basis their false commitment. My humble request don't even invest in any of their project and take them to court.

👍 This is a very good township on a airport road with lots of apartments as well as business shops.

😠 Worst behaviour by staff. The agent wilp never receive your call. He would irritate you and make false promises. He thinks himself as someone very powerful and never even replies. Trust me a place i always regret visiting. Water issue is also there, and the so called idiot manager is useless fellow...

😐 Good building but old and can see seepages inside the flat. Resales flats available here. Rental flats are also available.

😠 If anyone is looking for flat please don't look for this property because everything here is worthless but a waste of money. Problems : Electricity problem 8-10 times electricity is down No maintenance at all Rent is high Everything is worthless here

While Nipania can be termed as "far" from Indore's perspective, I consider this as a prime locality with all major schools, DMart, Hotels, Bank and other facilities nearby....
