😠 The postman had marked the Important speed post as "Delivered" without delivering it. We visited the Sohna post office on consecutive two days to follow up and then we received it. Very irresponsible behaviour. Such behaviour is example of third class customer experience.

👍 This place is well maintained and all facilities of post office work are available here. Only one thing for which I am giving it four stars and that is "late service" sometimes.
