😐 The apartment itself is good and well maintained. 200+ flats are there. Location is a problem. Significantly inside from the main road. Lots of turns and twists and also speed breakers plus condition of road is bad.

👍👍 royal heritage is cluster of apartments and not restaurent as to place i stayed at bbsr. nice area ambience is good standard families stay here lift services was poor during some period in a nutshell ok
