๐ products are being damaged by service personnel and claims it to be damage by customer. I am going to throw M-51 in garbage just because during service some part is damaged by service center and denied to replace in warranty.

๐๐ Got my boat 255 headphones replaced. The whole thing took less than 5 min. All they ask for is the bill,you mail it to them and done.they'll replace the product if they have it in store or it'll be delivered to your address in a week. Went with zero expectations and came out a happy man.
