👍👍 Wonderful dwelling place. I was there for 3 years , everything was good , swimming pool , amphitheater, indoor shuttle , table tennis 🏓, gym 🏋️‍♂️ , basketball 🏀 court, and particularly its graphical maintenance fee it fluctuates according to all. Worthy place to live.

😐 Nothing grand. A lot of things here make you wonder why are the officials here doing it so. The only good fact about it is that, it's close to the CHIL-SEZ. Building is pretty ordinary. 😐 The apartment complex is just ok. It is yet to be finished. Swimming pool is yet to be completed. Quite small elevators. No separate elevator for goods . Quality of construction is not up to the mark.

👍👍 This is a walled residential area with around 20 home with security guard. Peaceful community with a small temple and a small play area. Located close to a pay and play area, college, hospital and schools
