😠 They got established lot many years before. They will not make customer happy anytime. Very poor in customer relationship. Worst in service. This is apple authorised service centre but people inside will behave like they are the only one in this universe.....

😠 Cheated by replacing Charging slot for MotherBoard Problem...Haven't even returned the money back for their wrong diagnosis instead arguing. I have mailed to the CEO , lets see if I get justice.

😠 Worst service by this service center. Everyone is irresponsible in the center. After the company executive checked the item and taken to service center they will show us the new problem in the product and just take the money. They are only money minded. Better never go to this service center

😠 This is NO MORE an authentic samsung service center, This is changed to Haier service center. Actual service center was moved to ashok Nagar, beside BSNL OFFICE( 2/2, Ashok Nagar, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522006)

👍👍 Quick Response, well organized by branch management,very well disciplined staff, online service available,fire fighting hazards & hand sanitiser's, No mask😷 No entry rules followed for safety purpose of customer's and staff maintained 👍good,perfect customer's satisfy's with service.

🫤 They don't service your TVs anymore. Better call it sales point. The other day I went there to get my Sony Bravia 43". They just plugged in and said that Sony is not providing any spares and told me to buy a new TV.
