👍👍 Beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. Everything was upto the mark inside the room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The meal they offered was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay at Sumeru. Would love to go back sometime.

👍👍 Superb experience, lovely gesture from owner and all staff, rooms are quite big and neat clean with balcony having terrific view point, food was excellent it feels like home.

😠 The photos are just for the show. The actual rooms are in the basement with almost no ventilation. The beds were dirty, few electric switches were not working, no food facility. Bathroom had no exhaust. No one to solve the problem.
