😠 Their room services are poor, they don't have mats outside their washroom, cleaning is late & they ignore requests on room service calls.They promise you Motimahal deluxe food but do not give proper quantity in the buffet & try to increase it by making it runny & this happened all the 3 days of book...

😠 They are doing scam, I booked online but when I went there for check in they said your booking has been cancelled by the hotel, and asking money again. Don't book thia hotel otherwise they will loot you. Please bat man lo.

👍👍 I went here many times for food and found it good with a very good ambience on the top floor. I also stayed here once and found the room clean and service was also good and very cooperative. Location, ambience and quality in all the factors it is good as also it is near to my DAMRO bettiah showroom
