👍 There is no doubt about the quality of food served here. One of the finest in Thiruvalla. The major problem I face every time I visit this hotel is that, most of the times Biriyani and normal meals won't be there. Other than that, this hotel stands tall among all others in Thiruvalla.

👍👍 The restaurant owns a very delightful ambience. Its situated in the heart of Kottayam and so easy to get through. A must place for fuddies to visit . Customer service is also good. there is a little rush but the waiting makes the food more yummy.

😠 Hygiene is major issue there. I have seen people who handle parcel touching our food with bare hands instead of using spoon . I recommend owner to supply plastic gloves for their staff.
