😠 Service has been Worst from SBI RACPC Center. The Relationship manager is arrogant,doesn't have basic manners of communications , no planning and service is employee centric rather than customer centric. Be ready to revisit bank 4-5 times for a completing a simple documentation work.

🫤 A cup of coffee costs 220 rs. Cost aside, they don't give extra cups. At least they should provide an extra paper cup for some nominal charge. Hope better sense prevails.
