😠 Poor service (Room No. 208) Took charge of AC Room... But AC was not working... Nobody picked call even on multiple trying.... Fan was slow and making sound.... . it was a totally disturbed sleep. Even reception staff was not accepting their mistake... that was worst thing.

🫤 overall experience was really disappointing.. first of all.. the staff at the reception was very rude and non cooperative.. secondly.. the wifi never worked and no body ever addressed this issue despite our continuous requests.. thirdly.. the mini fridge in the room was not working.. and crockery...

👍👍 Best hotel room i found in kurukshetra in my budget. They are affordable yet so good. Rooms are neat and clean and staff is very professional and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and my experience was very good. Only down side is the food they provide which was not so good .
