😐 Old residency but good flats and maintained society. One temple and garden. No kids play area. Gym doesn't make any sense.

😠 Very biased with tennants. They charge non refundable fee of Rs 10000 towards damages as mandatory. Good place to stay but the committe needs to change their behaviour towards tennant. I would suggest people who are looking to take house on rent in this society to learn more about the committe.
