😠 Very poor customer service. Items ordered not delivered and they keep on saying to be patient again and again. Do not pick up the phone. I have never seen this type of poor customer experience. Very rude - I would definitely go to another merchant next time. The owner seems to care only for reviews...

👍👍 It is a good shop other than shops in model town they only have budgies but these guys have many things like cockatiels and all those , i have recently bought a pair of cockatiels One lutino and a grey price was ok. And they seemed healthy , they pick up calls fatster than messages.

😠 They sell Mix breed Pupps. I got a labrador mix from them. They dyed his chest, for pure black colour, but after first bath we got to know that it was a mix. Don't ever buy pupp from them.
