👍👍 One of the best gym in Namakkal.The trainer is very friendly and his training is very good and insane.Every session feels like a wow.The equipments in gym suits all the muscle group.Neat and nice environment.
Definitely i recommended to try... you will enjoy that...

👍 Good quality trainers and they have long experience in bodybuilding. But non A/C so ac lovers stay away. But I would recommend non a/c gym is the best for weight loss. They have a separate space for cardio and weight training. Just give it a try.
